HQ Photography : Commercial Use Photo Purchase

Commercial Use Purchasing (4 Options)

To purchase a commercial use image, please fill in the photo title and ID number that you want and click on the "buy now" button below. Once payment has been made, your digital file will be e-mailed to you within 1-2 business days. There are 4 different options to choose from depending on the circulation and uses you plan for the photo.

When an image is bought for commercial use it means it must obey the conditions discussed between the two parties. All photos sold for commercial uses are sold without the "www.hqphotography.com" watermark seen in the photo previews.

1. $200.00 - $450.00

This option is for a one time use and will require the client to give HQ Photography credit, in some way, for the photo purchased and provide HQ Photography's website URL.

Example 1: If photo is used at an event for backdrop — the client could place a small sign near the display stating "Image aquired from www.hqphotography.com."
Example 2: If photo is used in a brochure for a mailing — client could place small print under the image stating "Photo taken by www.hqphotography.com."

You will be required to send a sample of the end use that was created as well as a separate document/brochure (if applicable) in which HQ Photography was given credit.

2. $300.00 - $550.00

This option is for a one time use and will not require any of the requirements mentioned in option #1.

3. $550.00 - $750.00

This option is for a unlimited use use and will not require any of the requirements mentioned in option #1.

4. Exclusive Rights Option - $1000.00

This means no other client will be able to buy and use this image. If a client purchases the exclusive right of an image, that image will be removed from www.hqphotography.com and will no longer be available for sale. The client will gain access to all rights of the image to use for an unlimited amount of times.
