Great tripod! I’ve gone through my selection of cheap tripods over the years and I finally decided to spend a little more money to actually be able to enjoy using my tripod. For an affordable price I am very happy with the Manfrotto 7302YB Compact Tripod with Quick Release Ball Head. I love the ball head. It is so easy to use. It has a with +90°/-90° orientation grooves and repositionable locking lever. I’m using this tripod with my Canon 20D and it feels very secure on the tripod. The quick-release plate also has a safety lock on it, so it isn’t ever ejected by accident. Great tripod! Definitely recommend it!

This is a great portrait lens. I bought this lens about a month ago and absolutely love it. I was looking at more expensive lens, but decided to go with this cheaper version. I think it is a great lens for the price. With the F/1.4 aperature setting you can blur your background which makes excellent portrait shots. It also makes it great for low-light shooting. You can see some of the sample pictures below in which my mom took my finance’s and my engagement photos using this lens.
